Nomad's Alfama Typical Street apartment is a studio located right in the center of the bustle of Alfama, one of the oldest, most traditional and genuine neighborhoods in Lisbon.
To live an experience in a truly typical Lisbon neighborhood, here you'll find a typical Portuguese house, with simple and functional spaces.
At the end of the day, enjoy the balcony with the sounds of fado, river breeze and the aromas of typical Portuguese dishes, served in the surrounding restaurants!

Alfama Typical Street is a charming studio, ideal for a stay full of spirit of adventure or unforgettable romantic moments!
Located on the first floor of a small typical building of Alfama, rich in history and fully equipped with a living room (with dining area as well), full kitchen, bathroom and a balcony.
The Nomad's Alfama Typical Street apartment is prepared with all the comfort utensils, such as towels, sheets, blankets, stove, amenities, heating, washing machine, cable TV and internet.
This apartment has a maximum capacity for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child).

The apartment is for private use of our guests only. You'll enjoy all the spaces that the apartment offers, with all the comfort and privacy.
At any time or any place, our guests can communicate with Nomad's Team, for the clarification of doubts about the apartment, accommodation, restaurant tips, places to visit and some recommendations for living the city as a true local!
Nomad's City Flats team is available in person every business day, between 9 am and 6 pm. Outside these hours and on weekends, we will always be available via whatsapp. Whenever necessary, we always have a member of the team on hand to help reply to your questions.

Here we are in the heart of Alfama, one of the places most appreciated by everyone visiting Lisbon, either because of the vibrant and lively community that lives here or the unique set of sensations awakened by the smell of grilled fish, the fado songs heard in every corner or the communal habits still kept by the locals.

It's not surprising that Alfama is considered the true soul of Lisbon!
You will easily find yourself fascinated walking in a labyrinth of several narrow alleys, huge staircases and squares, with a panorama full of clotheslines with clothes drying in the sun, loud voices in the conversations of those who live there, taverns where you can taste our "Ginjinha" and large panels of colorful tiles.
And in June it is totally unmissable! It's the time for big party with the festivities dedicated to the city's patron, Santo António! Crowded streets, sardines, basil and ambient music, right at the doorstep of the Alfama Typical Street!
For those who look to explore the entire city, it might be good to know that the apartment is also very close to the Lisbon Cathedral, São Jorge Castle and Baixa Pombalina.

The apartment is located in the heart of the neighborhood, amidst narrow streets and staircases with Moorish inspirations,. The real thing is to be lived walking...
But fear not, the area is quite well provided with public transport when we approach the surrounding area of ​​Castelo de São Jorge and the Cathedral or close to the river front.
Taxi and Uber are easy and afordable options and the nearest Metro Station is Santa Apolónia, 650 meters away.
