Description
It has one bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a balcony with garden views. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a Nespresso coffee machine.
The balcony is perfect to enjoy the garden during the summer months, with a table and chairs to relax and admire the quiet views.
This is a great small apartment offering all the comforts and convenience needed for a comfortable stay in the city of Porto.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
