Nomad's Easy Stay - 1BED Sunrise Cedofeita is a cozy apartment, with a balcony overlooking the gardens of the traditional backyards of the city of Porto, fully equipped kitchen and in an exceptional location, on Rua de Cedofeita in Porto.
It is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, facing east, and enjoying the sunrise every morning.
It has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, TV. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster and kettle.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
