Description
Easy travels have never felt better than in our 1BED Boulevard Bonfim. A small studio with a maximum capacity of 2 adults, this is the perfect accommodation for casual travelers and digital nomads. Equipped with a double bed, home-office, kitchen, living room and bathroom, it has all the necessary elements for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
On the first floor of a recently renovated building, this apartment remains undisturbed by street noise as it faces the back of a residential complex with little or no traffic.
Its main feature is Light. Sunlight that directly reaches the entire apartment from one end to the other. In front of the studio's only windows, the kitchenette includes a dining area, freezer/fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The living room is equipped with a home office, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, with applications such as YouTube available. The entire studio has WiFi connectivity and AC (hot & cold).
Towels, sheets and toilet paper are provided for a maximum of 2 guests. The bedroom has a built-in closet with an iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with shower gel and hairdryer.
At the door of the building, our guests will find a Pharmacy, a Pastry Shop, an Italian Restaurant, a small Grocery Store, and our main office, open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Public transport is just around the corner with several bus stops and most metro lines available (including the Airport and Campanhã Train Station).
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
